Rent by the Room in Cincinnati OH
Hi everyone! I am looking to do utilize the rent by the room strategy for an investment property in the near future. I would like to rent out each room to college students. Does anyone know the local rent by the room regulations in Cincinnati OH or is anyone familiar with investing in this area that may have some thoughts? Any help is greatly appreciated!
