Mediator with investor percentages
Hey there,
I own 2 duplexes listed on Airbnb and they are doing well! I manage cleaners, co hosts, find the properties, contractors(if work needed, value add). Working on growing portfolio 2-4 more properties by spring 2022 asap! I have a chunk of cash and an investor with a lot more cash that really wants to work with me and ready to go ASAP. We are looking in UT, MT, ID and CA.
I am trying to figure out percentages and value for our partnership. Is their a mediator out there? or any advice/examples would be awesome! Thoughts on 50/50 ownership and cashflow?
