Adding bedrooms but worries about the cost...
I've heard from a lot of investors that adding more bedrooms is a lucrative way to increase cash flow and value of the property. However, two of the biggest concerns are the initial expense associated with the project as well as the cost of re-converting the room back into its original space. Any advice on deciding whether to do it or not?
