Hi, so I just got a 30-day notice that my tenants will be moving out. I plan for my property to be available for rent on August 1. There's one issue, the tenant pointed out that the garage door does not close correctly which it doesn't.. When these tenants leave, can I use the security deposit I have to pay to fix this garage door issue?

@Jayden Hamilton Did they damage the door to cause it to not close properly?  If not and it was due to normal wear and tear, you should complete the repair out of your own pocket.
