Looking for First Position Lien on 25 Condos
Mid April I purchased 25 condos for cash. They average to be around 125K/unit. I'm looking to put a first position lien on these. Is there anyone that does this without a seasoning period. They were purchased for a great price but can appraisal to full value. TIA
