Septic tanks on short term rentals

Hi All, I’m looking to buy a vacation rental property that runs on a septic tank for its sewer. Am I in for trouble with this? The house is fairly big and will have 8-12 people at a time.

I wouldnt , septic tanks have been in use forever . I would just pump it once a season .
