Hi All,

For those with long term buy and hold rentals, when did you decide to hire a property manager vs. just managing them yourself? After a certain # of units? After a certain amount of cashflow? From the very first one? I am curious to know what your reasoning was.

We decided to build our own property management company so there's a third choice. Overall it's a tough call. I laid out my pros/cons in this article which you might find helpful: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
