Lead Paint in Buffalo, NY

I’m wondering if anyone has dealt with lead paint remediation in Buffalo, NY?  What are the disclosures required if I know there is lead paint in the property?  Am I required to disclose if it has been encapsulated or removed?

Can anyone recommend a certified contractor for this type of work?
