Starting a Property Management Company

Posted

Hello all!

I'm going into my 3rd year as a real estate agent in the Seattle area and I have been repeatedly asked by my investors if I can run PM for them. More recently, I have told one of my investors (who has an upcoming close) that I can run PM. Is my real estate license sufficient for me to take this on? From what I understand, it's not necessary for me to create a separate entity immediately and I'm curious if I can run expenses and income through my real estate LLC. Help is appreciated!
