Tenant/Landlord responsibility list
I am looking for a list of recurring maintenance responsibilities (both landlord and tenant) that can be used in a maintenance calendar as reminders for both landlord and tenant. Ex. Monthly HVAC filter replacement for the tenant and semi-annual HVAC service check for the landlord. Please respond with a template or suggestions. Thank you,
