Rental Property Analysis
Hi Guys,
When analyzing a rental property (multi-family properties to be specific) how do you get an accurate number for utility costs? This includes gas, electric, water, sewer, trash etc. Should we ask the seller for their utility bills? I just want to get the most accurate numbers possible while analyzing my deals.
