Looking for a great system to follow
Hello, BP family! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. As you are aware, I am currently studying a great deal on my own. Would anyone be so nice as to provide their own system or checklist that they use for all of their transactions? (Residential, Commercial, Property management, and rehab & renovations.) This would be beneficial because I would have something physical to follow exactly to a "T" to help me avoid any potential roadblocks or things that could be mitigated with a good system/checklist. Thank you, everyone, and I know some of you don't like or respect me, which I am deeply sorry about. I hope you're getting the assistance you require. If you need advice or assistance, I'm always willing to talk and take time out of my day to help you with whatever problems you're having. We're in this together!
