Looking for good app to manage properly

I have a few doors and didn't really run it like a true business until recently. I'm looking for an app that will help manage expenses and rents.  I'm transitioning some of my long time tenants that pay in cash to other forms, but i still need to provide them with receipts via email. Any suggestions. I looked into Cozy but it would be nice to have one I could view and manage on my phone

i had cozy before they transitioned to apartments.com.   it does it all.   look into  apartments.com
