Key Pad Locks & Keys for Tenants
I own a multi-family in NJ and have changed all the locks to touchpad locks. If I have given tenants their own private code to access the front door, back door and entry to their unit, do I need to give them a key as well? Only wondering because I would then need to change all the locks when they leave which would prove to be expensive given the type of locks.
