Multi Tenant Metal Contractor Garages/ Warehouse Bays

Hello everyone,

I've been looking at a piece of land that is just over 3 acres to put some multi tenant industrial/contractor bays here in Massachusetts. Generally, I'm looking at about 1,250 sq ft per units but may configure some smaller/larger ones. Zoning allows for most uses. I know there are many variables, but I am curious if anyone has done these in Massachusetts or in the Northeast and what was the cost per sq ft to complete including the slab but excluding land costs and site work. Just the cost of the building completed from the ground up? I've reached out to a few metal building contractors but am still awaiting a ballpark.

Something similar to below. Thanks for any insight, we own several residential/commercial properties but nothing like this yet.

Did you end up moving forward with this? Looking to do something similar in my market. Have a ton of small biz owners looking for small contractor garage to rent but have no product like this currently in my area.
