Hi I am looking for recommendation on good property managers in Phoenix area (specifically who serves in Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale or buckeye areas).

@Leela Gutta, @Doug McVinua said it best about the pains of managing the far east and west side of the valley.  Do you already have rentals in these markets or is this due diligence?

Potential downside for having a single PM for both ends of the valley is maintenance charges.  Any time they send out a handyman, expect a decent size trip charge.  Even if it's a non-issue after inspecting.

Having a property manager that is closer to your properties could be financially beneficial.
