Clause for pets in lease
Hi Everyone,
Looking for some help please on how you handle pet clauses in a lease where the tenant pays a monthly fee of 25.00 extra for a cat? Any examples would be greatly appreciated. How do you handle it if the cat is no longer there? is this in your lease? if she gets another cat etc?
