Tenant not responding

Hi BP folks,

I have a tenant who lease is up in September 30 and  am trying to reach her by email/phone but she is not returning call. I want to put the house on market (assuming she do not want to extend) and want to make sure she allows potential tenant to see the place. Any suggestion how to handle this situation?

Who you hiring to list the property for rent and show it?

Hire them to contact the tenant!

BTW - for occupied rentals, suggest you agree with tenant on a set weekly showing schedule. Makes it easier than trying to schedule showings as you go.
