Need Expert Advice on Removing Wall AC Unit [Images Inside]

I need to upgrade a wall AC. I found one with the exact same dimensions. I’m trying to remove the current one without breaking the stucco or damaging the drywall/frame. 

I need expert advice on what’s the best way of going about it.
