is there who Currently Self Manages their Rental Properties? 5+ units. I'm Based in NY. we are Looking to Purchase a 10 unit Property and self Manage it.
if anyone managing on their Own what kind of Systems do you have in Place? How do you Communicate Repairs & Maintenance issues with tenants to Handyman? what Softwares do you recommend? any other suggestions
