Hello, would anyone be willing to share their Excel spreadsheet checklist and financial calculators they've made so I can edit them and use them for my business? I'm not good with technology, and this would help a lot! For Residential and Commercial use, something to help run the numbers and due diligence of everything and making sure finances is correct.
