SFH in Morrisville, NC
Hello experienced friends,
I am looking to get into a rental RE investment property in Morrisville, NC area - a SFH that may cost between 400-500K with a rent of 2K per month. Any advice on whether that is a reasonably sane idea or should I just forget about it? I can afford the 25% down payment, so that is okay - just thinking if I can find a renter in that area for the most part.
