Rental Property for aging Parents
Hey Friends,
First time posing!
I am wondering if anyone has ever purchased a rental property to rent out to their parents or other family members? If so, what did you do to keep things legal, but also keep the relationship?
The plan is to treat this as any other rental (Agreements, Depoist, Policies, ETC) However, I feel like I am missing something.
Would love to hear your perspective and feedback.
