Trying to find an accounting website mentioned in a podcast.
Please help! The Podcast mentioned a website that was absolutely phenomenal on breaking down a ton of issues we face with real estate taxes. I cant find the podcast; it's not easy to find based on the title. The Podcast talked about cost segregation "appliances depreciating over 5 year period". The guy being interviewed created a website to answer a ton of tax questions. Can anyone out there remember the Podcast? Thanks!
