Inheriting Section 8 Tenants

Hello, I currently have a property under contract, but It has two section 8 tenants, which I do not mind, but I am using FHA financing that of course means I have to move in. So do I have to give one the some eviction notice or should I get the seller to start the process, so I do not have to do it?
