Property Management CRM for STR and LTR

Looking for best in class Prop Mgmt software platform for new Prop Mgmt Co. Right now we self manage about 15 units that we own personally, and 13 are STR thru AirBNB. Planning to build foundation for a large prop mgmt company that will begin managing for other clients as well, so want to start with software and systems to grow it LARGE and provide great customer service and communication to STR guests as well as mange the long term rentals. Any recommendations on Prop Mgmt systems or platforms? Thanks!
