Cell Tower Rooftop Easement

I have an exisiting cell tower rooftop easement agreement with a wireless cell agent that sub-leases the space to Verizon.  Verizon is interested in expanding their footprint on my residential property.  I would like to understand the market rates before deciding on what to do and have tried to research this online but haven't found any good data.  Any suggestions on where I can get this?
