Requiring Fire Safety Test From Prospective Tenants

Seeking feedback on requiring prospective tenants to pass a home fire safety test to reduce risks to them and other people. A quiz/questionnaire requiring written answers could be very effective at educating and reducing risk. Can it be done?

Thanks

Sure, it can be required. I suspect most prospective tenants will tell you to go F-yourself, but there is no law preventing you from requiring someone passing this test in order to rent from you.

If I wanted to reduce my potential rental pool by 98%, I'd require this test!
