Restitution Of Premises - Deny applicant?

Ben Miller
Posted

Hello, I am screening a tenant and "Restitution of Premises" filing came up from 2014. No details in the county case records.

For landlords with a "no eviction history" policy, how do you consider this filing precedence in your approval process?

I've been renting for 12 years now and just learning of the term, I've fortunately never had to go thru any level of an eviction process. I am in Ohio in case that matters.

Thanks!
