I am 19 and wanting to move to the Texas and was wondering is the process of obtaining a license there similar to where I live in Georgia?

Welcome.....I'm thinking it is similar.  If you want to take the classes online before you move you can do that....also apply for licenses online.  I'm guessing you can probably take the test in your state too at some kind of testing center, but not 100% sure about that.

Come on down...plenty of people moving here.  Plenty of opportunity.
