Hi Everyone! I am looking to purchase tiny homes on wheels for airbnb purposes, but I was hoping to kindly get some advise as I navigate this.

1. For those already doing this type of investment, how has your experience been so far? 

2. Is it wise to buy a lot of land (unrestricted/for mobile home use, etc), lease a land, lease a campsite?

1. -What repercussions should I be aware for any of these options? Overall, what would appeal to airbnb guests the most? Be less desirable?

3. What are other important things to consider before making this investment?
