Portfolio of Rental Homes lender
I'm looking for a lender who has a good program for investors that own multiple homes and or commercial properties. Lets say its 10 homes and 5 commercial properties.
Would be nice if you can start off at say 70 LTV and as things appreciate or its paid down, you can easily add more debt to buy more or cash our some for other ventures.
Any good products out there for something like this?
