HI ALL

I HAD LEASED AN APARTMENT A MONTH AGO, AND NOW THE TENANT WANTS ME TO RENT AN ADDITIONAL ROOM IN BASEMENT, WE BOTH AGREE TO REWRITE THE WHOLE LEASE FOR AN ADDITIONA $100 FROM $1200 TO $1300, HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT THIS TO DISQUALIFY THE OLD LEASE?

    THANK YOU

First, you turn caps lock off.  Leases written in all caps would be really annoying.  You can create an addendum to the exsisting lease or you can create a new one.  When you create a new one you don't have to do anything, the new lease overrides the old lease.  If you are nervous about this you can simple state in the new lease that this one overrides the one dated x
