Tenant wants a rent to own lease
Tenant wishes to do a rent to own lease when their current lease is up on 1 Jan. What should I do with their security deposit? Rollover into their purchase of the home? Return to them? What is the typical terms for the rent to own lease? I found some templates on-line.
