Advise and recommendations needed in Lorain county, OH

Hello fellow investors,

I am an out of state investor and  recently purchased 4 units in Elyria, OH. I am using Hemlane for rent collection as well repairs requests. I need some advise/recommendations for the following:

1-General contractor: 2 adjacent buildings total of 4 units. Some major and minor rehab/renovation is needed. I have a GC who is working with me however the communication is not great and I would like to have options, recommendations are highly appreciated.

2-Property management: Since I am using Hemlane platform I need someone who can do periodic inspections , Check on GC work, who would you recommend for this job (Handyman, agent ). 

Also If anyone investing in that area and would like to share a good team member would do me a big favor.
