Tenant neighbor smoking (not cigarettes)
Greetings,
I am currently house hacking in CT and I have a question about how to navigate a situation
The situation is: I am in the eviction process (lapse of time) for my tenant neighbor, and there are some serious tension going on. At the moment, it seems that they are smoking weed consistently at night (either that or a very consistent smokey skunk is roaming the premises *insert eye roll)
My question is: can I do anything to stop this obnoxious smell? My roommate and I are getting annoyed with it and the eviction process is very slow. I asked my attorney how to navigate this but have not had a response yet
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
