Relocating Water heater outside - Pros and Cons
I'm considering relocating my electrical water heater outside for rental home I own. 8
What the pros and cons? What should I be thinking about? What type of enclosure?
The existing space is small and I'd like to repurpose the area.
The house is Louisiana with typical weather of down south. (winters of 30 degrees).
