Hello,

So I am finally doing this. I am about to buy two properties after finally getting myself into position to do so. I was wondering if I could get some guidance though. I am trying to build an easy system. I am trying not to do property management in order to get a better return on my investment properties. If you could answer the following questions below I would appreciate it!

1.) What program, app, or website do you use to collect rent? create leases? find contractors? etcetera.

I am about to have the houses and now I'm trying to get the rest of my process in place. I'm investigating out of state and in different states so I'm hoping whatever suggestions you have can help make them a universal system. Thank you for your time and I appreciate any help.
