What is the best Rental Software?

Question

What is the best rental software for AZ single condo rental. I want to be able to upload AZ specific lease or have one they supply and be able to do all things from start to finish being it is only 1 unit I would like to stay under $10 a month if possible but willing to pay more if it saves me time.

@Jean-Thierry Aleman I’m in the same boat as you. I LOVED Cozy, and am now indifferent about apartments.com. I’ve recently switched one property to TenantCloud and though I’ve upgraded to their paid plan, I’m a fan so far.

@Jon Leo we have 7 units and use cozy which was recently bought out by apartments.com.  It works great for us.  I have to say that I have considered experimenting with another app when my next turnover happens, just to to explore other options, not because I'm dissatisfied with Apartments.com

@john is not lying.  We used excel before moving to quickbooks.  We didn't have all of the options available today, but it works great for a few properties.

For 1 unit, I would just use Word or Excel. As you grow it may be beneficial to explore AppFolio, Cozy, etc.
