Laundry Closet Install AVG cost?

Jeff Cua
Posted

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has converted a small closet into a space for a compact stackable washer/dryer area in a single family home. Anyone with experience have any tips in keeping the cost down with this project? First quote was 10k not including appliances which is higher than I expect from research of cost associated. Any help is appreciated. I am located in the Bay Area if anyone would like to refer. Thanks.

That's not how you do the math.....

    Plans+Permits+GC Labor Cost+Subcontractor Cost+Materials+ Appliances+Markup= Project Cost
