Look what the tenant left behind!

I had a sheriff lockout today on a rental in an average residential neighborhood. I inherited the tenants in a owner carry purchase. They had lived there 12 years prior, but had adversion to paying rent. I have seen a lot of odd things left behind, but this one made me stop and laugh. What have you guys had left behind?
