Using Google Forms for tenent applications

Dilini Peiris
Posted

I was wondering how to automate the application process for potential tenets. Was wondering if I made a Google form as an application  would it still be valid and a legal document ? Or better to have paper applications. ? I have no problem using zillow because they have their own application process, but with FB marketplace I always seem to have this problem and same at showings.  Any advice on that

You could use software specifically for managing rentals. Most of them also have pre-screening services connected to them. Some of the ones I've looked into are Stessa, Tenantcloud, Apartments.com, Avail. I'm sure there are more out there. Some of them even have free membership for basic features.
