“Due on Sale” insurance

I am very interested to find out more about insurance that is supposed to protect you in the event of a “due on sale” clause. Pace Morby spoke on this in episode 527 of the podcast. Does anyone know more about this or can get me in touch with an insurance provider that can assist with this issue?

@Keith Nicholson this is being discussed on another tread.  I think it is getting to the bottom of some of the miscommunication behind the product.

As a commercial insurance broker with 20 years experience, I am unaware of any product like this.
