Dallas property management
Hi all! I'm getting started investing the Dallas-Fortworth area and would love to know if anyone knows of amazing property management companies. I'm an out-of-state investor and looking to purchase multiple condos/single family homes, maybe eventually multi-family. Would love to find a property management company that I can partner with on multiple properties and for the right company, would adjust/concentrate my location. Currently looking in the Northeast Dallas/Lake Highlands/Richardson as well as Woodhaven/Arlington on the Fortworth side. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Brigitte

Just out of curiosity are these going to be your first investments into Condos ? The reason I ask is that some of the HOA fees here can considerably cut into any CF and/or can make your investment CF-. Best wishes,
