Greetings investors! One thing that’s been lacking in the Wilmington market is a meet-up that’s focused on commercial projects, syndication, multifamily, self storage, and Capital raising. So we’re starting one! Please come join us as we launch our first monthly meet up at Flying Machine Taproom this Thursday, 5:30-8ish. My partners and I with Nomad Capital operate a Syndication focused on Self-Storage. Our past and current projects include buying old K-mart facilities and converting them to drive-in climate controlled storage in the southeast.
