Russel Kitzberger
Russ has been in real estate through multiple cycles and decades. He is a KW Commerical Agent as well as a multistate Certified General Appraiser, expert witness, and dispute resolution specialist with Pointer Appraisal Services. He has dedicated his career to working within cross-functional teams of experts to affect resolutions to complex real estate problems. At Keller Williams Seven Hills he works with small businesses, investors, landlords, and other brokers to facilitate value-driven transactions.
He has been featured in multiple trade publications pertaining to real estate service business marketing, equity in valuation, technology, and valuation strategy. He has a breadth of experience in the built environment in sales and marketing, analysis, pre-construction, project management, and dispute resolution, and has been a consultant to RE tech startups.
He holds a Mediation Certificate from Harvard Law School’s Executive Education Program on Negotiation, graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business administration, and was an MAI candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. He teaches CMA courses and commercial real estate courses at the brokerage.
He currently volunteers as a brick-and-mortar subject matter expert with the US Small Business Administration’s SCORE program. He is the proud recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award, issued by The POTUS, for his work promoting economic opportunity through business ownership to the underprivileged community.
