Hey Fellow Investors!

Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Millerand I at Tobacco Road Sports Cafe - Overlook (Downtown) Thursday (June 30th) @ 6:30PM to hear our very own, the one and only @mitchmiller discuss the lucrative topic of "5 Ways to Invest in Real Estate Passively"

Mitch is a man of many talents, from North Carolina State Tennis Champion to savvy real estate investor and owner of Bull and Bear Investments.  Mitch is a local Raleigh investor and has been contributing to the growth and knowledge of this local real estate investor community for some time now. He continues to show his generosity and willingness to share his knowledge with this event. 

As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is open to the public.

We will have a structure of a 6:30pm Start for Mitch to speak and then open for social networking around 7-7:15pm. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn something new from your fellow neighbor.

reminder, we will be at Tobacco Road sports cafe again this month however we will be upstairs in the overlook area for this event.
