Dave offers a coaching based financial plan for investors. He does a complete analysis of operating real estate portfolios from a tax and investment perspective. They do acquisition planning and exit planning. In addition, they provide investment management and are fluent with DST's and Opportunity Zone Funds and stocks.
In his free time, he enjoys renovating our home, boating and water skiing with friends and family, bump skiing, drumming, and sampling a good beer or some bourbon.
