We will share with you what makes this business both interesting and challenging on a daily basis, while also focusing on key tools to successfully close even the most difficult deals.
We are a local family-owned real estate investment company. For the past 7 years, we have been restoring damaged or neglected real estate and turned them into amazing homes. We love real estate but we particularly enjoy seeing how our work helps add value to a neighborhood, while also making the community better. Our work focuses on single family fix and flips as well as multifamily rental and development projects.
Same as usual, we will have Networking time before and after our speakers' presentation.
