Jacob Hansen is the Co-Founder of Rental Advisor - A vacation rental management firm with over a decade in the short-term rental industry. Jacob has been in the thick of all aspects of this industry as it has exploded with the rise of AirBnB. Jacob is a graduate of BYU Hawaii with a degree in supply chain and operations management and a black belt in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Along with his business partner they have expanded from a college startup to a full service management firm with over 30 employees. Rental Advisor manages or partners with over 500 units in markets all over the United States and generated nearly 15M in annual revenue during 2021. Most importantly to Jacob he is a married father of 4 and the proud coach of his son's undefeated pop warner football team.
